By making an appointment at Hay Beautiful Nails and Beauty you acknowledge that you agree and abide by these terms and conditions.
I value you and your time and your appointments are very important, they are reserved specially for you, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore I have instituted the following policies to make your time at Hay Beautiful a memorable and lasting one.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As such, I kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made with more than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment amount.
No Shows
No shows will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment amount. Unfortunately no further appointments will be made until this charge has been paid.
Late Arrivals
I fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of our control, I’ll be as flexible as possible in accommodating this but unfortunately arriving 15 minutes late after your scheduled appointment time may lead to a reduced treatment time or rescheduling your full appointment as I have a duty to all my clients to keep their appointment times. If you are running late for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible.
I will happily rebook a new appointment for you as soon as possible, I may request pre-payment for services if you’ve been late for several appointments.
As a courtesy you will receive a reminder via email 1 day prior to your appointment. However, if you have opted out of this service or did not receive the reminder for any reason please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
Bank Holiday Appointments
All appointments booked on a bank holiday will require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment. These appointments are subject to the standard policies regarding late arrival, cancellation and no shows, as explained above.
Special Occasion Appointments
Special occasion appointments that are booked outside of regular salon hours will require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment. These appointments are NOT subject to the standard policy for cancellation, any cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the appointment time. Late cancellations will result in the loss of the appointment deposit. The standard policies apply regarding late arrival and no shows, as explained above.
Patch Testing
If your treatment requires a patch test this must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse to carry out a treatment if a patch test has not been done.
PLEASE NOTE: No reaction to a patch test is still not a guarantee that a reaction will not occur during or after the treatment, this is an informed risk that you choose to take when undergoing any treatment.
